She has over seventeen (17) years’ experience in the banking and pensions industry and prior to joining Sigma Pensions was the Head of Strategy and Regional Manager in charge of Lagos at PAL Pensions. She is an Insurance graduate from the University of Lagos and has completed the Executive program at Columbia University in New York.

He has a Bachelor at Law Degree from the University of Buckingham and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, Cranfield Business School of Management and Harvard Business School.

Dr Henrietta Onwuegbuzie leads sessions in entrepreneurship on the MBA and Executive programmes at Lagos Business School (LBS), and is currently the Academic Director for the Owner-Manager Programme and Project Director for the Impact Investing policy initiative at the Lagos Business School. She is also the first female African Visiting Faculty at the Yale School of Management, US. She has an MSc (with honours), in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Navarre, Spain, an MBA from Lagos Business School in Nigeria, and a PhD in Entrepreneurship, from Lancaster University, UK. Onwuegbuzie is also a globally certified Management consultant and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants in Nigeria. She is a life member of the Beta Gamma Sigma group, which admits only top performers in the top 5% of Schools, worldwide. Prior to joining the LBS faculty, she managed educational projects for women's development, in different states in Nigeria and subsequently, worked in the banking industry with key responsibilities for blue chip companies and multinationals in the corporate banking sector. Onwuegbuzie sits on the Board of a number of Nigerian companies, and has extensive consulting experience, spanning projects at the State level to conglomerates and SME's in various industries. On a voluntary basis, she mentors a number of aspiring and established entrepreneurs. Onwuegbuzie is passionate about economic development and social transformation in Nigeria and Africa, and has initiated the creation of over 100 profitable, social impact businesses through the MBA and Executive programmes at LBS. She has also presented award winning papers at various international conferences on entrepreneurship and sustainable development. In 2013, she was conferred the African Women Development Champion Award by the Centre for Economic and Leadership Development. In the same year, she was appointed one of the national mentors for the YouWin Entrepreneurship programme, which was driven from the office of the Nigerian president. In 2014, she was nominated to serve on the Editorial Board of the African Journal of Management. In 2015, she was conferred a certificate of recognition in New York by LEAP, a UN working group under the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) sector, in recognition of her ground-breaking work in developing change accelerators. He was born in Nigeria, went to school in Lagos, and university in the UK. He returned to Nigeria in 2009 as Group CIO of Access Bank, and then MD/CEO of Emerging Markets Payments, West Africa. He is Secretary General of the Africa Data Centre Association. Born Ubong Thompson King on 22 August, 1972, Ubong King or UK as he styles himself is a security consultant and public speaker who heads Protection Plus Services Limited (PPSL). He graduated from the University of Calabar and has amassed some 22 years of experience in the field of security services from managing in other firms to establishing his own. In recent years, he has become more prominent thanks to his endeavours in public speaking and youth empowerment through his Ubong King Foundation. He is also former chairman of the American Society of Industrial Securities (ASIS) Chapter 206 (Lagos Chapter). He is married with 4 children.

Jameelah Sharrieff-Ayedun is a thought leader and business champion with over 20 years’ experience in defining strategy, developing organisational structure, building diverse winning teams and delivering results. She is co-founder of CreditRegistry Corporation, a software technology company headquartered in Washington State, USA. From 2014 to 2016, she was appointed substantive MD/CEO of CreditRegistry Nigeria and successfully grew the company to profitability by 858%. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, Business Development, implementing growth strategies that ultimately accelerated subscription to 100% of commercial banking space. She also previously worked at Microsoft Corporation and General Motors. In recognition of her philanthropic efforts, she was nominated for the Jefferson Award for Extraordinary Public Service for Washington State, USA. She is on the board of several enterprises and non-profit organisations and is the former President-elect and 1st Ambassador of the American Women’s Club in Nigeria
